To find your perfect fit, measure the lug width of your watch in millimeters. We offer various lengths including Small, Medium, and Large to accommodate different wrist circumferences.
What is the expected shipping time for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. International express shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while standard shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your leather goods?
Yes, all Delugs products come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or aging of the leather.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in original, unworn condition. Custom-made straps are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my leather watch strap?
Avoid exposing your strap to water, excessive sweat, or direct sunlight for prolonged periods. We recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner every few months to maintain suppleness.
Will I have to pay import duties and taxes?
International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
